What You’ll Do
- Assist with developing and implementing strategic plans for the Solutions & Opportunities Support (SOS) department. Focus on improving the overall satisfaction of people receiving ASN support agency wide.
- Establish a standardized solution-finding process to be utilized across the agency for addressing conflicts or concerns, including those raised by individuals, families, or guardians. This process should emphasize active listening, empathy, and de-escalation techniques to foster constructive dialogue and resolution.
- Supporting all Community Living Service (CLS) teams with solutions that encourage active listening and de-escalation techniques that aid with conflict resolution.
- Assist with ensuring a responsive, ethical, and effective approach to address the urgent needs of individuals and families receiving support.
- Assist with monitoring the quality of services provided and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with review reports on the quality and efficiency of the team's supports and solutions implemented.
- Work with the SOS director on following the entire Objective Key Response (OKR) and Key Performance Index (KPI) for the SOS department.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ verifiable years of director-level management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication skills, problem-solving abilities, empathy and active listening skills, conflict resolution skills, and proficient in collaboration and teamwork.
